Hollow Metal Doors

The following is a partial list of doors that we carry in stock. All doors are primed, prepared for 4 1/2" hinges, and include closer reinforcements. All are available with a 161 prep for a cylindrical lock with 2 3/4" backset and many are available with an edge prep for other applications such as push/pulls, mortise locks, or exit devices. Custom options such as vision lites, louvers, and special harware preps are readily available through our hollow metal fabrication shop.

Each section below includes information on: Sound Transmission Class Rating (STC), the higher the number the better the door deadens sound; UL factor, the lower the number the better the insulation material; and the R factor, the lower the number the better its resistance to heat transmission.  All doors can carry a 3 hour fire label.

Regent/Omega
	STC=32 U Factor=0.41 R Factor=2.44

The Regent and Omega series are Ceco's non-insulated door.  The main difference between the series is the non-handed feature of the Omega series.

Imperial
	STC=26 U Factor=0.067 R Factor=14.97

The Imperial series is Ceco's insulated door, which are stocked as 16 Gauge A60 Galvaneal Steel, ideal for exterior applications or abusive situations.

Versadoor
	STC=22 U Factor=0.065 R Factor=15.27

The Versadoor series is the non-handed version of the Imperial.  The 20 Gauge version is available in a 6-Panel design for a more residential look, but with the integrity for a commercial application.
